Subject: JD 4475 skid steer: sticky relief valve??

northeastern Ohio
Deere 4475 (same as New Holland 465) skid loader. Boom lift and bucket tilt are both weak when cold (5-10 minutes after starting). Can barely lift an empty bucket. After it warms up, both will start working normally at the exact same time and instantly. Almost like you flipped a switch. Drive system is not affected.

I am guessing that a relief valve is stuck partially open which allows some pressure to build, but not enough to do much. Parts diagram shows 2 relief valves toward the front of valve assembly (part #6) and one on the rear (part #19) Not sure if this link will take you to the parts breakdown: https://partscatalog.deere.com/jdrc/sidebyside/equipment/78636/refer...
