Commercial vehicles all renew license in February. Doesn't mean you have to. If you don't need the truck, you can wait until you need it to get it renewed. When things were normal (pre 2020) I always went early in February or waited until March to go into the prorate office here because everyone always waits until the last 2 weeks to renew.
