Our 2090 had a filter added in the line from the tank to the pump. May check and see if yours has one. If not, I would check to see if the tank is venting. Run it on the vac with the fuel cap off for a minute or two and see if anything changes. Other than that, could have a blockage inside the fuel tank. That will be the toughest one to find. Maybe blow some air back up through the fuel line to the tank. It sounds like a pretty classic fuel issue. If none of these make a difference, it may be time to have the pump, specifically the governor, looked at.
