| I was in your spot 2 years ago, asked on here in the Cafe forum, and the Brother got good reviews for a laser.
I did not care or want to spend that much at 1st either, but I am sure glad now we did.
We got a Brother MFC L3770CDW color laser and REALLY like it.
This one prints, copies, scans, and is color.
Toner is not cheap..but it does not dry out like ink will.
No more HP's for me, unless I absolutely have to have a cheap printer.
I print pics out for service jobs of work I have done for my customers machines, it gives us more details of what exactly the work was done, and along with my field maps or normal invoice printing to anything off the net, we think the quality or resolution is VERY good.
I would not think twice about buying another.
