Im not super familiar with an ih planter but with those front wheels, i would think there wouldn't be much tongue weight. I pulled a db60 home with a single axle t300 service truck 250 miles and ran 40 to 50 mph. Relative pulled our old db60 350 ish miles to its new home and pulled his db90 back from the same country. This was with a semi with a hitch on the back.
