With only 200 acres and 30,000$ budget I would be looking at a pull type or three point tractor style. You get a SP for 30 then blow a wheel motor or something a week later you will be hiring it all done. The odds of costly repairs is too high IMO. I would be running a pull type on 1000 acres. JMHO
