It would likely be cheaper to buy a 1-3/4x20 front PTO shaft half than to get a custom PTO shaft made for the tractor. There is a reason the large frame 4000 series tractors are cheap: 1-3/4x20 PTO only. The small frames have 1-3/8x6 and 1-3/8x21 shafts and are more desirable for that reason.
