Have changed many on a 216 and 220 header in past they are always a little loose. When you adjust the skid arms on the bottom of your platform to where it keeps fingers from getting into the platform and adjust your feeder house auger up it definitely cuts down on this. Also putting another hole on the auger with the same plate from jd makes changing them a lot easier.
