Chatham Ontario (1 hr east of Detroit) | Just curious what land is selling for.Here good silty loam land sold last week 200acre parcel poorly tiled for 2.2 million,a couple of other parcels in that 9-13000acre,clay is even pushed to 3500-4500.I know we had acouple of good years but if interest goes up I can see a repeat of the 80s. am I alone in thinking like this or am I just running scared? |
