Southern Alberta | New REM grain vac 10000 bus/hr. Saw the new vac at the local farm show and the literature rates it at 10000 bus/hr on full bin load out with short hose, 5000 bus/hr when hooked up to 8" bin unloader and 3-4000 bus/hr with 50 feet of clean up hose. Never seen it run, but them are some BIG numbers.
Also saw a grain bagger and unloader system from Argentina that looked very neat. Apparantly the respiration of the grain creates an airless enviroment much like silage and tough grain stores well, gets no bugs. Very quick to load and easy to pick up off the ground. Anyone used one? | |
