queensland Australia | gerard ,thanks for your reply and advice, I was also wondering about the wear or stress on the kingpin,tyre etc from the autosteer as it constantly pulses back and forth . with the spacer it would move the wheel in an arc .
Ialso have a 8100 JD that I put 20" spacers on either side between the diff centre and axle housing with 20" of drive axle extension with splines on the inside . it is a great conversion , the ILS on the 8520 makes a spcer like yours the only option.
your farm looks a picture , nice and green! I am in Queensland ,Australia and it is very dry here , winter crop production is very low
