Little River, TX | From my perspective of ignorance ethanol is weighs less per gallon than gasoline. That the two are roughly the same energy per pound but not by gallon.
I expect my next truck will be a flex fuel machine with a second and larger fuel tank in the truck bed. It is my thinking ethanol can sit in a tank longer with out deteriorating than gasoline.
Propane is about like ethanol in that the gas mileage per gallon is a little less, but there are advantages. | |
