| Something is WAY WRONG there Danny.
We have all sorts of exemptions in NY for Ag equipment, just as we do for construction equipment.
I'm not even sure you need an overwidth permit to move a combine, unless you're trucking it.
Fortunately, NY DMV has gotten just as stupid as NY ORPS. ORPS posted the entire assessors manual and guidelines because they couldn't afford to print it, and DMV followed suit with vehicle regs.
Somebody needs to get on line and do some research, because I'll bet some damn graybacked supertrooper has exceded his authority.
I have no idea what yer talkin about with regard to this area bein wet. I didn't even need swim flippers to dump 5" of rain out of the gague last week. | |
