Clapodie, I don't have an AFX, but I bought an Axceller from Mauer Mfg that mounts on in place of the elephant ears on a specialty rotor. It's supposed to give all the benefits of an AFX. It definately feeds more even. Cost is $1,600 to $1,800. Someone on harvesting.com said he had the Axceller and an AFX side by side and could tell no difference. Craig
