Subject: Re: plowboy - tires

The regular Firestone Field and Road 23 degree tread (12.4 x 38) on the Farmhand tractor used primarily in the hayfield had the tire casings worn down into the carcass between the lugs from stubble damage, and maybe from tire chains in the winter. The tires lasted about 30 yrs so can't complain. The age/weather/carcass wear finally got them but the lugs were still quite good. I don't expect the same life span out of the Co-op Agri-Power LSB replacements.
