Jersey Jim - 3/29/2019 13:00 Father-in-law retired from a packing plant. Various times he would bring home steaks, etc that were very nice looking pieces of meat. The meat was good but lacked the flavor of our home raised Jersey steers from our dairy. That is a problem, especially with a lot of "sale" beef. Lack of flavor can turn off some marginal omnivores. My T-bone above was not lacking in flavor at all!
