| This is why you have to be aggressive about replacements (keeping heifers/purchasing), if you have something younger and tighter and better looking wanting to take her place it makes it a lot easier to send her down the road. She may even have a little mastitis in those rear quarters. Calf is two weeks old you’d think he’d be hitting those by now. That said, I don’t always practice what I preach but am trying to do better. | |
