East Central Ia, S. Waterloo | I was just at the distillery in Galena they had a very old bottle of whiskey and said, at least whiskey, doesn't go bad. The owners had tried some of the old stuff and said it was produced bad, tasted terrible, but was okay to consume. I would think any type alcohol would be preserved as long as it retained it's alcohol content. Then again that's dependent on sealing the alcohol in, I don't know about tequila.
Edit to add: Once it's bottled technically there would be no more ageing of the product.
