It has been 3 months now. I am doing therapy 3times a week and have been making some progress. I can do some activities, but not much strength back yet. I moved snow with the skid loader yesterday and that made me pretty sore last night. I was expecting a year for recovery but read that 14 months is more realistic.

I am just now starting on the bands and hand bicycle for strengthening.

I had 3 full tears and bicep tendon, so I knew I was in for a long therapy and recovery. At least the constant achey pain is mostly over with.

I bought a combine at auction and intend to drive it 70 miles home. I hope my right arm in good enough to run hydro lever.
