EC SoDak | It’s a mess here, but it’s starting to let up some, I can at least see past my yard now. Been mostly whiteout conditions all afternoon. It looks like I29 is closed from Brookings north. I read Brookings county plows got pulled at 3 and won’t atart up again until 5am.
