Biggest life lesson for me, short and intermediate term liabilities cost less up front but will end up costing more in the long run, long term liabilities cost more up front, but end up making you money, hopefully.
Thanks, yes before this I was not aware that short term CC debts were in the same category as say a Seed bill in terms of liability. I thought it would be considered like a loan. |
