do they get the bills reduced like insurance companies do? i have regular insurance an i had surgery in Nov and the original hospital bill was $77000. the insurance negotiated it down to$16000 and paid 13k of it.
under chm would i have had to pay 77k,and then get rembersed? will hospitals negotiate down with CHM?
