You're saving $2K/month on premiums. CHM will help you with negotiating if you need it. After 3-4 months you can save enough money to cover any unshared bills. I don't see enough value for $400/yr even if they actually perform as advertised.
I have CHM, they give you a prescription card that actually works for decent discounts. Perhaps that would make the maintenance insulin tolerable.
