SW OH		That law applies to city's around here. It keeps people from leaving junk cars in their driveway. Eyesore.

Back in the 80's I tried to buy a 68 charger that was in a guys driveway, good body but had not moved in years. He wouldn't sell it, said it would rust away sitting right there. I told my dad the whole story and he told me about the law. Then he called someone at the police department. Within a few days it had valid plates on it. It sat there for at least another 10 years with a new sticker on the plate every year.
