Lol! Same thing here only instead of 'fartin around', I said 'dinkin' around'. Kids still laugh about that word.
I use dinkin around a lot and it seems to get the point across to the girls in a fun way.
I don't think the banker appreciated the use of that word after taking over 60 days to process my application, but it did communicate my frustrations with their slow progress.
