Cedar Rapids, Iowa		I also recently purchased some cheap chinese LEDs with the same wire scheme. Mine came with a book and indicate the same as you wrote. Brown is hot, Blue is neutral. Yellow/Green is ground.

If you have a power meter, you may want to check the wattage on them. Chinese manufacturers often advertise numbers that don't match reality. Mine were advertised as 500 watts but are actually only 350 watts.
