You can still download the forms you send out and fill them out and send them out, you just can't print out the red one and mail it in. So you can do all the sending to the people that need to get them and send the one to the gov't a little later, like Feb. 10 or so--I think So that gives you a little more time to get the red copies sent to you. I haven't got mine yet either. They said 10 days and I ordered about 20 days ago.
