Thanks for the link Dave. Looks like I need to clarify some of this with my CPA.
The fact remains that people shouldn't need a CPA to interpret the tax code. In fact, if you give 10 CPAs a moderate tax client's info, you'll probably get 10 different results. The tax code in this country needs overhauled and simplified.
