central Ia | Hi Don, surgery was Nov 12th and I have done 17 PT's now. I'm lifting 2 lbs free hand and pulling 15-30 lbs on a cable lift plus the rubber band pull. Have some pain after PT but it goes away pretty quick. Went back to work on the 7th so far so good but then I'm just driving a truck, few things hard to reach but not bad. It will take awhile to get my strength back last time on my left shoulder it took almost a yr. My PT gal says I'm stiff, hard to keep my shoulder down. Keep up the good work as they say "No pain no gain" | |
