St.Clair Co. IL. | Well it's been one yr. since I fell off the ladder and messed up both my feet, three broken bones in the left one and severe sprain on right which ended up with the arch joint having to be fussed due to the tendon letting go completely.
the left one healed fine with no problems (well a little with the ankle but think that's arthritis ) the right one well lets just say not so good.'
I have a lot of pain on the top outside of foot, ankle hurts like heck, and at time's it gives out on me, so I do what I can, then take a break, I continue going to the gym and working the feet and ankles but I'm afraid that what I have is what I have.
Go back to the Dr. the end of month for my final (I hope) checkup. Like I said I'll continue to work on it to get a little better but it could be what I have.
So remember if that little voice in your head say's HEY THIS ISN'T GOING TO SAFE listen to it.
