There is a disease where the iron builds up in the blood and I think blood donations is one recommended solution but our bodies do a good job of replacing all our cells as needed.
Yes. Hemochromatosis is the name, and I'm one of the people that get to donate to get rid of the high iron stuff so the body can make some new blood to pollute.[/QUO
