I have donated over 14 gallons, my goal is 20! The Red Cross let's you answer those questions at home before you get to the bloodmobile. I would have been able to donate more if I had not traveled to countries that are a malaria threat. Usually it's a 12 month wait before you can donate. I am lucky it doesn't bother me to donate blood, I do the double reds now.
