I knew the guy that I'm pretty sure was connected to the hand on that fast draw scene. Ed Eldridge was a three time International Fast Draw champion and did a lot of consulting for the old westerns like Gunsmoke and Paladin. He owned some land that I farmed a few years ago. I don't think you would want to get in a gun fight with him!
