SWMN | Proceed with caution ! Brother had them build a house a few years back. "Home of your own" furnished materials and hired lowest bidder subcontractors, that is where the problems started, went down hill from there. Contractor finally got the house inclosed about 6-7months after the basement was capped.Brother ended up cutting a deal with "Home of your own" and hired a different crew to insulate,sheetrock and finish the interior. Shingles started blowing off within the first year. He put steel roof on when the house was about 5-6 years old. | |
