SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!
From st.joe on up I don't think I have ever seen it as wet as it has been this year.. floods sure and for really shorter periods of time but just not as generally wet has it been. Is it the same way from st.joe on down to st. Louis? Where are the dam levels now compared to you normal? With my limited information it appears to me that we're in for another year like 2018 what's the river at flood levels for nearly the whole season and that's it precipitation levels drop down to normal levels rather than staying at the elevated ones they have been at. What's the facts as you see them?
