So you rent an apartment. You have to pay more for being a good tenant and keep everything tidy, clean and legal.
Good prices are irrelevant. How does he know your selling price. You have a 0.2% chance of selling at the top price. Sometimes you just have to sell no matter the price: more so the younger farmers.
