Maybe your lights need to be adjusted. It's the responsible thing to do. New vehicles are not always adjusted properly.
+1. Theoretically, it doesn't matter how bright the lights are. The low beams are supposed to be aimed below the eyes of the oncoming traffic, not merely be dim.
