South cental Ohio | X2. Weather is not cooperating with us and I don't see us being done harvesting beans by December. Wonder how the Government can decide how much the second payment (if any) will be if it's suppose to be based on how much they have left in the funds after they make the first payment out to farmers when some of us farmers aren't done harvesting to be able to turn in our bushels ???? | |
