Here in Louisiana, we have a no trespassing law. If you’re trespassing, you’re arrested. Our governor signed that bill after stupid idiots were joyriding private land and suing landowners for getting hurt. Governor nipped that crap in the bud. Landowners are extremely glad!!!!
Should have been that law to begin with.
Actually, if your hunting and a wildlife agent checks you. If you don’t have a permission paper from landowner. You’re supposed to be fined.
Problem with that is, the DA throws out most of them to secure the votes. |
