I heard 1/4" of rain since May. Housing is already a problem in California. Where can these people live? Last I heard was 2,600 homes burned to the ground. Fire was so hot they might not ever find some of the missing.
Over 7000 homes, 260 businesses, and I think 43 dead so far.
