Why should it matter to anyone else the real reason for selling out? Retirement, or bad economics...same result either way for the buyers or those taking over the land. Why not mind your own business and let the seller get out with at least some dignity, instead of mouthing off speculating about him not really retiring but being "forced out"? Does it really matter that much to you?
X2, no shame in getting out when its losing money. it when you lost it all that is a bad decision. Pulling the plug early in the money losing is probably the second smartest decision, only second to getting out at the peak. |
