Newfane NY | Went into the Verizon store last night and got a very nice young lady to help me. I played a little dumb and she looked at my phone. She said memory was full and I could buy a SD card to put in the phone for $35 and she would transfer pictures to it for me.
So a big thank you to Adrianna for listening to what I was asking her and not trying to sell me a $700 phone. About a month ago I was in the same store and some "punk nose kid" said I could not put a SD card in my phone and I would have to buy a new $700 phone.
After cleaning up some old email and texts my phone works as good as new.
