SC Iowa | flyinfarmer.......I think you are on the right track of "bunching" deductions.....when we saw what the standard deductions were likely to be in late 2017, we made some additional giving and paid ahead on house property tax that showed up on the 2017 return......we'll be using the standard deduction for 2018 return.
and will be dealing with RMD for the 2019 return..
