Indianola, MS | Nobody is proud of you for working and trying to succeed. Just get used to it. In fact it sadly will attract evil faster than anything. People who would never attempt to farm starting from scratch are the very ones who hate those who do. The guys with the thin gravy can only sit and hate. They can only tell lies to others with thin gravy. You cannot be frustrated because its wrong of them to do that, you should expect it. It's a barometer of success to be talked about. You do what you are supposed to and don't worry about it. I'd see my manager and the other employee in a meeting about this sort of gossip. Somebody should educate somebody in how these matters are discussed. its no fun to be in ag right now and some people enjoy that others are in a struggle. They feel smart for being on the sidelines I guess or maybe they farm under someone who shields them from reality. Thin gravy syndrome's cause is a mystery but it is real! lol | |
