Subject: RE: Corn vomitoxin and wildlife

Mid Michigan
A little moldy corn isn't going to hurt a deer. If they don't like it they won't eat it. Deer have been eating moldy corn for hundreds of years. Humans take the corn and bring all the mold into one area and it turns into a giant pile of dusty mold that's pretty toxic to our lungs if you breath enough of it in. The grain handling in huge amounts creates and makes a huge dilema.
