| So I am in south Dakota and recently spoke for a wheel loader in MO. I got the purchase agreement today and see that the salesman is charging me 8.1 percent MO sales tax. Is this right all the other equipment I have ever purchased over the state lines and paid sales tax on was the south Dakota rate. So if he collects 8.1 percent from me am I going to have to pay the south Dakota rate also when I get this thing home. This is a curve ball I never seen coming. | |
