It can be annoying waking up early and not being able to get back to sleep. If it happens to me I often just veg in front of the TV on some mindless channel. If I don’t really have to pay attention I find I usually fall asleep again. I can’t stand laying in bed when I can’t sleep because I find I keep thinking about everything.
What do I win? (Similar to Old Pokey’s thread)
