SC Sask | Waterton National Park in southwest Alberta is a very nice park
Saskatchewan has Cypress Hills Provincial Park is also a nice quiet park as well. If you are looking for something different there is the Grass Lands National Park in South Central Sask, neither of these are as developed as Yellowstone, but they are pretty neat places to visit
This only gets you 10% of the way to Niagra Falls.....that is quite the road trip you are planning
