Cheap!!!! Nothing like a good challenge. Finish part of it and love in it. Work on the rest as time and money permits or just let it sit. If the land is worth much at all you would't have that much in yhe house. Ad was mentioned above better have the cash to buy it with as banks don't like ventures like that.
