| What amazed me is all those store fronts of huge plate glass and none of them had a board or any other covering over them. Granted it would not prevent ALL damage but it would take some debris. Also if you lived there and had a boat and several days to a week notice, would you not take your boat out of the water and have someplace to tie it down? Or pull it out of the storm path?
It is sad of all the houses businesses, and trees etc damage. Hope they had the proper insurance coverage for him-a-canes. Even the storm shelters might have received a knock out punch this time.
